Intervenants | Notices Biographiques > Nikos BelavilasNikos Belavilas is Professor at the School of Architecture- National Technical University of Athens. Nikos Belavilas was born in Piraeus in 1959. He is Professor at the School of Architecture- NTUA and director of the Urban Environment Laboratory. He teaches urban planning and history of the city. During the last twenty years, he has designed and led the regeneration of historic complexes, city centres and museums. Author of several books on the city of Piraeus, the island ports of the Aegean, and the industrial heritage in Greece.
